Order Processing Time

We typically process and prepare orders for shipment within 3-4 business days from the date your order is placed. Please note that processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, or due to supply availability.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other reputable couriers.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Please allow additional time for delivery during peak seasons or unexpected delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, package weight, and destination. You are responsible for paying all shipping fees associated with your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress.

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses at this time.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Ama Luna Botanica LLC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Ama Luna Botanica LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a resolution.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All customs, duties, and taxes for orders shipped outside the U.S. are the responsibility of the recipient. Since we do not currently offer international shipping, this does not apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
